Further to our media statement issued on April 28, 2022, Massy Stores Trinidad is not aware of any evidence of customer, supplier or employee data being compromised or misused as a result of the recent cyber security incident.
Credit card information is not stored by the Massy Stores servers, point of sale systems or any other systems, therefore this information was not at risk of being revealed or compromised.
Data protection is a key priority for our operations. While our business faced some disruption over the past few days, we remain confident that our ongoing cyber security risk mitigation efforts have been effective in enabling the timely identification of this incident.
