Several ferry sailings on the domestic seabridge have been cancelled and others rescheduled for today and Wednesday, in light of the Tropical Storm Warning/ORANGE Level in effect for both Trinidad and Tobago.
“The Management of TTIT will monitor the weather situation and advise the public accordingly on the resumption of the daily schedule,” the Trinidad and Tobago Inter-island Transportation Company Ltd. (TTIT) has said.
An advisory issued this morning by the company indicates the following adjustments to its schedule:
● Galleons Passage — the 3:00 pm sailing from Port of Spain on Tuesday 28 June and the 6:30 am sailing from Scarborough on Wednesday 29 June 2022, are cancelled.
● Buccoo Reef — the 8:00 am sailing from Port of Spain on Tuesday 28 June 2022 remains as scheduled. However, the 4:00 pm sailing from Scarborough is rescheduled to depart at 12.00 pm instead of 4:00 pm as previously advised.
● A.P.T. James — the 6:30 am sailing from Scarborough on Tuesday 28 June 2022 remains as scheduled.
● Cabo Star — the 2:00 pm sailing from Port of Spain and the 11:00 pm sailing from Scarborough, are cancelled on Tuesday 28 June 2022.
