Vernon Wilson got both goals as Bethel United moved back to the top of the Tobago Football Association Premier Division table with a narrow 2-1 win over Lambeau FC at Plymouth Recreation Ground on Tuesday.
With the win Bethel moved to 32 points from 14 matches, three more than Roxborough Lakers, which has a match in hand, while Mason Hall is third with 28 points, also from a match less. Lambeau, which got its goal from Daron Moses, stayed sixth with 19 points.
Today, the FA final and third place matches will come off at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, Bacolet, from 5 pm. In the third place match, First Division clubs Argyle Youths face Northside Combine while two hours later, Lakers come up against another First Division outfit, Hills United.
