She was the daughter of Felicia Mahabir and Theophilus Tobas. She was the sister of Una Marcano (deceased), Dennis Garcia (deceased), Martha Garcia and Rosa Rodriguez. Sister-in-law of Leonora (deceased). Devoted aunt of Anna-Maria, Gerard, Joan, Finbar Dennis, Densie, Harold, Michael (deceased), Trevor, Marilyn, Maureen, Dave (deceased), Grece, Gail and others; Great Aunt of Nigel, and twenty-three others.
