A late afternoon raid in east Port-of-Spain yesterday resulted in the arrest of 22 men. The exercise took place on Nelson and George streets, between 1 pm and 3 pm. Several houses were searched by police with a quantity of marijuana, cocaine and firearms being seized. The exercise was co-ordinated by ASP Sahadeo Singh and included the Besson Street CID and members of the Canine Unit. (DA)
