The colour and pageantry of East In­di­an cul­ture and Hin­du tra­di­tion was on full dis­play at the Baal Vikaas Vi­haar fi­nals which took place at the Sanatan Dhar­ma Ma­ha Sab­ha (SDMS) Head­quar­ters in St Au­gus­tine on June 7 and 8.

Stu­dents from SDMS schools com­pet­ed in var­i­ous cat­e­gories of song and dance, in­clud­ing the Ra­mayan Test Piece, Gi­ta Slokas, Bha­jan, Clas­si­cal, In­stru­men­tal, Folk Song and Dance as well as a Ra­mayan Quiz.
