The Min­istry of Health has an­nounced 18 new COVID cas­es in it’s 6 pm state­ment.

This fol­lows 8 an­nounced this morn­ing, bring­ing the to­tal to 26 to­day.

“Eigh­teen (18) ad­di­tion­al per­sons have test­ed pos­i­tive for COVID -19.

o Three (3) are per­sons who test­ed pos­i­tive at pri­vate labs

o Five (5) are con­tacts of re­cent­ly pos­i­tive COVID-19 cas­es

o Ten (10) are pend­ing epi­demi­o­log­i­cal in­ves­ti­ga­tion.”
