Of­fi­cers at­tached to the South Di­vi­sion Task Force ar­rest­ed three sus­pects and seized quan­ti­ties of il­le­gal nar­cotics dur­ing crime erad­i­ca­tion ex­er­cis­es yes­ter­day.

The TTPS said be­tween 8:00 pm and 12:00 mid­night on Tues­day 21, No­vem­ber, of­fi­cers con­duct­ed ex­er­cis­es across the di­vi­sion, which re­sult­ed in one man be­ing ar­rest­ed for pos­ses­sion of 67 grams of mar­i­jua­na.

An­oth­er sus­pect was ar­rest­ed for pos­ses­sion of co­caine for the pur­pose of traf­fick­ing (11.7 grams) and the third sus­pect was ar­rest­ed for ob­struct­ing a po­lice of­fi­cer.

The ex­er­cise was co­or­di­nat­ed by Snr. Supt Hospedales, ASP Phillip and In­sp. Ram­lo­gan, was su­per­vised by Sgt Joseph and Sgt Ma­son and was di­rect­ly su­per­vised by W/Cpl Plen­ty and in­clud­ed of­fi­cers of the South­ern Di­vi­sion Task Force.
