There are four additional COVID-19 cases in Tobago, bringing the island’s current active infections to 306.
That’s according to the update for Sunday 6th March 2022, released by the Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection, in the Tobago House of Assembly (THA).
The Division also reports there have been no new COVID-19 deaths in Tobago over the past 24 hours, which means the total number of deaths on the island remains at 244. The most recent deaths were recorded on Tuesday 1st March 2022.
Currently, 12 people are hospitalised with COVID-19, eleven of whom have not been vaccinated at all against the disease, while one (1) person has been fully vaccinated.
The Division’s update also reports that at present, the total number of people in Tobago who have recovered from COVID-19 since March 2020, is now 6,832.
