Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a rob­bery that oc­curred at DHL's El So­cor­ro build­ing on Wednes­day night.

Po­lice say two men walked on­to the Chanka Trace com­pound around 10:30 pm and tied up the se­cu­ri­ty guard on du­ty.

Guardian Me­dia un­der­stands the men then walked be­hind the build­ing to the load­ing bay where they or­dered four work­ers to lie on the ground. They then pro­ceed­ed to tie up those work­ers.

Re­ports are the ban­dits frisked the em­ploy­ees and stole their cell­phones and cash, be­fore search­ing the load­ing bay for valu­ables to steal.

They made their es­cape af­ter­wards.

Po­lice say one of the work­ers man­aged to free him­self and called for help.
