If you are hav­ing trou­ble with your mo­bile ser­vice this morn­ing, you are not alone.

Bmo­bile says it is ex­pe­ri­enc­ing an in­ter­rup­tion to some of its ser­vices be­cause of mul­ti­ple fi­bre breaks.

The com­pa­ny said the dis­rup­tion is al­so af­fect­ing cus­tomer sup­port chan­nels, in­clud­ing its Con­tact Cen­tre at 824-TSTT.

Bmo­bile said its teams are work­ing to com­plete re­pairs as quick­ly as pos­si­ble and re­store full ser­vice.

The com­pa­ny apol­o­gised for the in­con­ve­nience and thanked cus­tomers for their pa­tience.

It said fur­ther up­dates will be pro­vid­ed as re­pairs progress.
