An anti-crime exercise conducted within the West End Police Station District resulted in the seizure of cannabis and other illegal items.
On Monday, between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., officers searched the home of a priority offender located at Andrew Trace Blue Basin, Diego Martin. During the search, a quantity of cannabis was discovered and seized.
Officers continued their search at several known drug blocks within the district, including Church Street Petit Valley, Corner Savannah, Mahogany Trace Bagatelle, and Cicada Extension, Patna Village River Estate. At each location, cannabis and drug paraphernalia, including scales, were found and seized. In total, approximately 400 grams of cannabis with a street value of $4,000 was confiscated during the operation.
The exercise was sanctioned by Senior Superintendent Williams who received tactical support from the IATF and TTPS Canine Unit.
