Caribbean Airlines is leading the way in testing Trinidad and Tobago’s new online immigration and customs platform ahead of its planned rollout next week.
In a notice today, the airline said passengers travelling on specific Caribbean Airlines flights on Saturday, March 14 will be required to complete the country’s digital arrival and departure form as authorities test the system at Piarco International Airport.
The test will apply to passengers travelling on flights BW 527 and BW 431 arriving at Piarco, and BW 240 departing the airport.
Passengers on those flights will be required to complete the form through the Government’s portal at https://travel.gov.tt
Caribbean Airlines said the link will become accessible on March 14, 2026, and travellers on the test flights must complete the form on the date of travel as part of the system trial.
The airline also advised that the digital process is being piloted, 0and passengers will still be required to complete the paper immigration form until the online system is fully implemented.
Authorities have been preparing to introduce the Online Arrival and Departure Card Platform to replace the long-standing paper forms used by travellers entering and leaving Trinidad and Tobago.
The platform is expected to allow passengers to submit their arrival and departure declarations electronically before travelling.
Under the system, travellers will create an account on the Government’s portal using an email address, upload a photograph of the biodata page of their passport, and complete the required information online.
Once submitted, travellers will receive a confirmation email containing a digital receipt with a unique code and QR code that can be presented to immigration officials on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
