A Diego Martin man was killed on Tuesday night while his friend was injured in a shooting outside his home.

Police said the two men were liming outside Mason’s home at around 8.05 pm when a white Nissan AD Wagon drove past as if heading towards North Post Road.
The vehicle allegedly stopped a short distance away, after which two men got out and opened fire on the victims.
The two men ran in opposite directions as the gunmen returned to the waiting vehicle and the driver sped off.
The injured man later returned to the scene to check on Mason and found him lying in a pool of blood.
Residents rushed Mason to the St James Infirmary, where he was pronounced dead at 8.42 pm.
