Eigh­teen days af­ter a Cunu­pia man was shot at while at home, gun­men re­turned with a vengeance and killed him and a co-work­er on Tues­day morn­ing.

Po­lice re­port­ed that around 8:35 p.m. on April 4, An­tho­ny John was at his River­side home when he was at­tacked.

On Tues­day morn­ing, his at­tack­ers re­turned and killed him while he was on his way to sell co­conuts. 

Po­lice re­port­ed that around 5:30 a.m., John was in his Kia pick­up along with Vicky Joseph and an­oth­er man when they were at­tacked.

Both John and Joseph died at the scene, while the third man was tak­en for med­ical treat­ment.

The shoot­ing took place at Mon Plasir Cor­ner, Cunu­pia.

Po­lice be­lieve the mo­tive was gang-re­lat­ed.
