Eighteen days after a Cunupia man was shot at while at home, gunmen returned with a vengeance and killed him and a co-worker on Tuesday morning.
Police reported that around 8:35 p.m. on April 4, Anthony John was at his Riverside home when he was attacked.
On Tuesday morning, his attackers returned and killed him while he was on his way to sell coconuts.
Police reported that around 5:30 a.m., John was in his Kia pickup along with Vicky Joseph and another man when they were attacked.
Both John and Joseph died at the scene, while the third man was taken for medical treatment.
The shooting took place at Mon Plasir Corner, Cunupia.
Police believe the motive was gang-related.
