Investigations are continuing into the murder of a doubles vendor in St Helena yesterday morning.
Police said Shaquille Quamie, from Laundry Road, was fatally stabbed around 4 am while preparing his vehicle to begin his day’s work.
Investigators said Quamie was packing his products in the car when he was attacked.
Quamie operated Mellows Doubles in Trincity.
Around 8.30 am, his brother came outside the house and found him dead near his vehicle.
The motive for the attack remains unclear as investigations continue.
In an unrelated incident, a man identified as Dwayne Marshall was killed in Matelot early yesterday morning.
Police said Marshall was known to them.
Officers did not have a motive for his murder.
