Repairs were finalized at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025, allowing the plant to resume its normal production capacity of 5.5 million gallons per day (mgd).

Customers seeking further information are encouraged to contact WASA’s Customer Call Centre toll-free at 800-4420/26.

The Authority extends its gratitude to customers for their patience and understanding during this period.
