Guyana's president Dr Mohamed Irfaan Ali has placed a wreath at the cenotaph at Memorial Square, Port-of-Spain, on the second day of his State Visit to Trinidad and Tobago.
President Ali was accompanied by National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds, Port-of-Spain Mayor Joel Martinez and Chief of Staff of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force, Brigadier Dexter Francis.
