Minister in the Ministry of Education, Lisa Morris-Julian is encouraging students to pursue their dreams with diligence.
In her address at a Caribbean Airlines Career Expo, she also called upon corporate Trinidad and Tobago to consider adopting schools to further support education across the nation.
Executive Manager of Corporate Communications at Caribbean Airlines, Dionne Ligoure, welcomed students to the event stating, “This event is for you, to help propel your education and career. Connect, ask questions, and let these resources guide you toward your goals,” Ligoure said.
Over three days, students will have access to interactive displays, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences that bring potential career paths to life, with the Expo providing "key representatives from 60 organizations across various fields, to learn about career paths, and gain practical advice on pursuing their dreams."
The Career Expo runs from November 6-8 at the Centre of Excellence, Trinidad.
