Min­is­ter in the Min­istry of Ed­u­ca­tion, Lisa Mor­ris-Ju­lian, and two oth­ers lost their lives in a house fire ear­ly this morn­ing.

Fol­low­ing the trag­ic re­port, Health Min­is­ter Ter­rence Deyals­ingh was among the first to pay trib­ute to his cab­i­net col­league, he told Guardian Me­dia, "This is so dev­as­tat­ing. My wife and I am in to­tal shock.

She was a beau­ti­ful per­son and I will cher­ish the mem­o­ries of our time as col­leagues and friends.
