To­ba­go in­ves­ti­ga­tors are at the scene at Tur­tle Beach in Black Rock af­ter Ver­na­do George, al­so known as "Mon­ster," was found slumped over in a van just af­ter mid­day to­day.

An eye­wit­ness re­port­ed see­ing two young boys run up to the vic­tim and shoot him be­fore es­cap­ing on foot.

Ini­tial re­ports sug­gest George was hand­ing out lunch when he was at­tacked. He was dis­cov­ered with the van’s slid­ing door open, his body slumped in­side.
