Sev­en­teen-year-old Adri­an­na Robert­son, who was re­port­ed miss­ing on Mon­day, walked in­to the Tu­na­puna Po­lice Sta­tion yes­ter­day af­ter­noon, bring­ing an end to a brief miss­ing per­sons alert.

She turned up at the po­lice sta­tion short­ly af­ter a post ap­peared on her so­cial me­dia ac­count stat­ing, “Hi guys this is Adri­an­na. I am safe and ok.”

The Mor­vant teenag­er had left home to at­tend class­es at St Charles High School in Tu­na­puna when she was re­port­ed miss­ing.

Of­fi­cials close to the in­ves­ti­ga­tion said Robert­son, along with two oth­er per­sons, was seen at an apart­ment at Dass Trace, En­ter­prise, on Tues­day.

In­ves­ti­ga­tors were un­able to con­firm whether the Form Five stu­dent had re­port­ed to school for sched­uled ex­am­i­na­tions on the day she went miss­ing.

The of­fi­cials said the trio—in­clud­ing an­oth­er teenage girl and a man—was al­so re­port­ed­ly spot­ted in the Tu­na­puna dis­trict on Tues­day morn­ing.

Po­lice said there is no in­for­ma­tion to sug­gest that Robert­son was be­ing held against her will.

Po­lice are al­so search­ing for two oth­er young women, be­lieved to be around Robert­son’s age, who are cur­rent­ly un­ac­count­ed for.

Au­thor­i­ties say no miss­ing per­sons re­ports have yet been for­mal­ly filed for the two mi­nors.

Robert­son has, so far, not pro­vid­ed po­lice with de­tails about her where­abouts or about a man who was re­port­ed­ly seen with her and two oth­er young women in the Tu­na­puna area on Tues­day morn­ing.
