RHONDOR DOWLAT-ROSTANT
Police are yet to determine a motive in the killing of 25-year-old Kendell McClean, who was shot dead on Monday, December 27th. McClean’s body was found at Upper Dundonald Hill, St James.
Police said at about 2 pm on Sunday, residents of Soup Trace, heard several gunshots ring out in the area but dismissed it when they saw and heard nothing.
However, at about 5:30 am on Monday, McClean was found dead in the backyard of his house.
Police said spent shells were found a short distance from McClean’s body, suggesting that when he was shot, he attempted to run away but collapsed and died.
Investigations are ongoing.
