PM Young heads to Ja­maica for talks with U.S. Sec­re­tary of State.

Min­is­ter of Pub­lic Util­i­ties Colm Im­bert will serve as act­ing Prime Min­is­ter.

Ac­cord­ing to a re­lease from the Of­fice of the Prime Min­is­ter, dis­cus­sions will fo­cus on U.S. for­eign pol­i­cy and its im­pact on Trinidad and To­ba­go and the wider re­gion. Oth­er CARI­COM lead­ers are al­so ex­pect­ed to be in Ja­maica for sim­i­lar talks with the U.S.

Min­is­ter of For­eign and CARI­COM Af­fairs, Sen­a­tor Dr Amery Browne, will ac­com­pa­ny the Prime Min­is­ter.
