Samuel, of Larch Street, Fan­ny Vil­lage, Point Fortin, was last seen on May 18, 2025.

Samuel is a Venezue­lan na­tion­al of His­pan­ic de­scent, is light brown in com­plex­ion and 5-feet-4-inch­es tall with a slim build. He has short black hair.

He was last seen wear­ing a black T-shirt and a pair of long pants.

Samuel al­so has his name tat­tooed on his right hand.
