Queen's Park Savannah COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Site closes permanently

The North West Re­gion­al Health Au­thor­i­ty wish­es to ad­vise the pub­lic that the COVID-19 mass vac­ci­na­tion site at the Pad­dock, Queen's Park Sa­van­nah will be per­ma­nent­ly closed from 3:00 p.m. on Fri­day 15th Ju­ly 2022. Mem­bers of the pub­lic are urged to vis­it any health cen­tre un­der the NWRHA to get vac­cines.

The North West Re­gion­al Health Au­thor­i­ty (NWRHA) wish­es to ad­vise mem­bers of the pub­lic that its COVID-19 mass vac­ci­na­tion site at the Pad­dock, Queen’s Park Sa­van­nah will per­ma­nent­ly close its doors at 3:00 p.m. on Fri­day 15th Ju­ly 2022.

Per­sons are en­cour­aged to vis­it any health cen­tre un­der the purview of the NWRHA, Mon­day to Fri­day be­tween the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to ac­cess ei­ther the Sinopharm or John­son and John­son COVID-19 vac­cines.

The NWRHA takes this op­por­tu­ni­ty to re­mind the pub­lic that there is cur­rent­ly no PFIZ­ER vac­cine avail­able for the adult pop­u­la­tion at this time.

Ad­di­tion­al­ly, the ad­min­is­tra­tion of the pae­di­atric PFZI­ER vac­cine for chil­dren ages five (5) to eleven (11) con­tin­ues. As such, par­ents and guardians wish­ing to ac­cess this ser­vice can do so Mon­day to Fri­day be­tween the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the fol­low­ing health cen­tres:

  Care­nage Health Cen­tre

  Diego Mar­tin Health Cen­tre

  Pe­tit Val­ley Health Cen­tre

  Barataria Health Cen­tre

  Mor­vant Health Cen­tre

  San Juan Health Cen­tre
