A 25-year-old Va­len­cia se­cu­ri­ty guard has been charged with the mur­der of Dwight Badall. 

Badall, 40 of Gra­ham Trace Fos­ter Road, San­gre Grande, was lim­ing with a rel­a­tive on March 6 when a masked gun­man ap­proached him and opened fire. 

CCTV footage showed a masked man, wear­ing a box­ers, ap­proach­ing Badall and open­ing fire on him. He died on the spot. The gun­man then jumped in a wait­ing car, which sped off. 

Po­lice lat­er ar­rest­ed the al­leged dri­ver of the car, Jevon Thomas of KP Lands Va­len­cia and charged him with mur­der yes­ter­day. 

Cpl Rivers of Homi­cide Bu­reau Re­gion II laid the charges.

Po­lice are still search­ing for the gun­man.
