Two sev­ered hu­man arms were found strewn across the Churchill-Roo­sevelt High­way in Mau­si­ca this morn­ing.

Po­lice said of­fi­cers of the North­ern Di­vi­sion Op­er­a­tions Cen­tre re­ceived in­for­ma­tion about body parts found on the cor­ner of the Churchill-Roo­sevelt High­way and Mau­si­ca Road South at around 6:34 AM.

Of­fi­cers went to the scene with a dis­trict med­ical of­fi­cer who con­firmed the body parts were hu­man.

Sources said they ap­peared to be a por­tion of the arm from the wrist to the shoul­der.

Un­der­tak­ers were called in and re­moved the arms to a fu­ner­al home for stor­age.

Po­lice from the Homi­cide Bu­reau of In­ves­ti­ga­tions are try­ing to find the re­main­ing body parts.
