A sol­dier as­signed to the Spe­cial Forces of the T&T Reg­i­ment (TTR) has es­caped cus­tody at Camp Og­den for the sec­ond time this week.

In the lat­est es­cape, Pri­vate Kadeem Ash­ford es­caped at about 3.30 pm on Thurs­day. He was be­ing held in a hold­ing cell at the Camp in con­nec­tion with a homi­cide that oc­curred in the South­ern Di­vi­sion, ac­cord­ing to sources.

Ash­ford's es­cape on Wednes­day was short-lived when he was re­cap­tured a short dis­tance away from the camp.

Just be­fore one of his es­capes, Ash­ford did a 19-sec­ond video say­ing: "Don't for­get to say that I am ex­treme­ly dan­ger­ous and I'm from the Spe­cial Forces. Don't for­get to put that when alyuh look­ing for meh...call the po­lice when alyuh see meh." He then burst out laugh­ing and end­ed with a chant.

Sources said Ash­ford may be armed and is deemed dan­ger­ous.
