Po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing the mur­der of a 24-year-old man, who they de­scribed as a drug deal­er, on Tues­day night.

Po­lice said Ka­reem Alexan­der, of Diego Mar­tin Main Road, was with a group of men at Mer­cer Road, Diego Mar­tin, around 8 pm when a gun­man ap­proached and opened fire on the group.

Dur­ing the at­tack, two oth­er men, along with Alexan­der, were al­so shot and in­jured.

They were all tak­en to the hos­pi­tal, where Alexan­der died while re­ceiv­ing treat­ment. —Jensen La vende
