The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) has signed bursary agreements with the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) and The University of the West Indies (UWI).

The move is aimed at building information and communication technology capacity.

Through this initiative, TATT will provide financial support to four undergraduate students pursuing ICT-related studies in Trinidad and Tobago at the stated institutions for the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 academic years. Since 2022, TATT has provided bursaries to two female and two male students pursuing ICT-related studies in Trinidad and Tobago COSTAATT, UTT and UWI.

TATT says it continues to facilitate national ICT development and is committed to its role in this country’s digital progress, providing future professionals with the support needed to enable Trinidad and Tobago’s digital growth.
