Three held for larceny offences in central division

Three per­sons were ar­rest­ed in con­nec­tion with mo­tor ve­hi­cle and prae­di­al lar­ce­ny of­fences on Tues­day, dur­ing an­ti-crime ex­er­cis­es

con­duct­ed in the Cen­tral Di­vi­sion.

In the first ex­er­cise, of­fi­cers of the Cen­tral Di­vi­sion Task Force and Ch­agua­nas Crim­i­nal In­ves­ti­ga­tions De­part­ment act­ing on

in­for­ma­tion, went to En­ter­prise, be­tween 10 am and 4 pm.

Dur­ing the ex­er­cise, of­fi­cers in­ter­cept­ed a red Hon­da Vezel mo­tor ve­hi­cle with a male oc­cu­pant.

Checks of the ve­hi­cle re­vealed that the chas­sis and en­gine num­bers ap­peared to have been tam­pered with.

The dri­ver, a 26-year-old of En­ter­prise, was ar­rest­ed in con­nec­tion with the mat­ter.

Mean­while, Task Force of­fi­cers con­duct­ed an ex­er­cise in Freeport, fol­low­ing a re­port of stolen agri­cul­tur­al pro­duce.

Two male sus­pects, ages 34 and 35, both of Fe­lic­i­ty, were held short­ly af­ter in con­nec­tion with the mat­ter.
