Guardian Media has confirmed that a two-year-old child and two adult males were killed in a shooting at 9 this morning.
One victim is said to be from the Chinatown area, while another is said to be from Serrano Road.
The initial information now is that the gunmen cornered the victims on Rifle Hill in Belmont and fired on them.
The child died at hospital.
The two males were killed at the scene.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Suzette Martin, is on the scene currently.
"There's lots and lots of both plainclothes and uniformed officers here at the time. Very little residents. The residents are standing up and they're peeping out from their homes," our reporter at the scene told us.
