Three murders kept Sangre Grande Police busy on Friday night and early Saturday morning.
Around 9:20 p.m. on Friday, the lifeless body of Codi Soodeen, 23, of Plum Road, Manzanilla, was found on the road with his throat slit and multiple gunshot wounds about his body.
Reports indicated that Soodeen had left a family lime at Sangre Chiquito to collect money when he was killed.
Meanwhile around 12:20 a.m. on Saturday, officers attached to the Sangre Grande CID responded to reports of two men found dead in a vehicle on Nonpareil Road, Oropouche Road, Sangre Grande.
Upon arrival, police discovered the bodies of two men, riddled with bullets, inside a Nissan Almera.
One of the murdered men was identified as Terrance Joseph, while the other—a relative—remained unidentified.
Homicide officers are investigating.
