To­ba­go has record­ed an­oth­er mur­der, bring­ing the is­land’s toll to nine for 2025.

Po­lice say the 26-year-old man of King Street, De­laford, was found dead in De­laford.

He has been iden­ti­fied as Jerome Woods, a san­i­ta­tion work­er at­tached to the Di­vi­sion of Health, To­ba­go House of As­sem­bly.

Po­lice say de­tails sur­round­ing the killing are still sketchy, and of­fi­cers re­main on the scene.

In 2024, To­ba­go record­ed 26 mur­ders, most of them firearms re­lat­ed.
