Scores of truck drivers are waiting in limbo outside the port of Port of Spain on Thursday, hoping to be able to sail aboard the Cabo Star.
Officials at the port said the boat may or may not leave at the scheduled time of 2 pm.
Sailings had been cancelled for the past several days because of a damaged ramp at the port, which was preventing the vessel from being loaded.
Truck driver Larry Tiwari said he has lost substantial revenue since the breakdown of the ramp.
