The murder toll in Tobago continues to rise, with the latest victim, Nicholas Mitchell, shot and killed in Argyle last night.
This brings the island's toll to 24.
Mitchell, 32, was one of two men murdered in Argyle within hours. He was asleep when gunmen entered his home through a window and shot him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Brandon Edwards also suffered fatal gunshot wounds on Friday night as he made his way home after liming at a bar.
Relatives believe the murders may be revenge killings linked to the murder of Amanda Guerra, also known as "Dolly Boss." Guerra, originally from Trinidad, was shot by gunmen in August on Lammy Road. She died at Roxborough General Hospital while receiving emergency treatment.
Chief Secretary Farley Augustine could not be reached for comment.
