Two women, one man, latest COVID deaths in Tobago

Two women and one man are among To­ba­go’s lat­est COVID-19 fa­tal­i­ties, record­ed on Wednes­day 29 De­cem­ber 2021, in the lat­est up­date from the Di­vi­sion of Health, Well­ness and So­cial Pro­tec­tion, in the To­ba­go House of As­sem­bly (THA).

Ac­cord­ing to the up­date, one per­son was a 53-year-old woman with no co­mor­bidi­ties; an­oth­er was a 76-year-old woman with co­mor­bidi­ties; and the third fa­tal­i­ty was a 26-year-old male with co­mor­bidi­ties.

These re­cent deaths bring the to­tal on the is­land, since March 2020, to 191 lives lost.

Al­so in the up­date, 34 new pos­i­tive COVID-19 cas­es were record­ed, brin­ing the cur­rent num­ber of ac­tive pos­i­tive cas­es to 1,366.
