The mur­der toll in­creased yes­ter­day af­ter the body of an East In­di­an man was found dumped at the side of the road in Waller­field yes­ter­day.

The uniden­ti­fied vic­tim was found with gun­shot wounds to the head.

Po­lice were no­ti­fied via an anony­mous call around 4 am that a body was ly­ing mo­tion­less at the side of the road at Hamil­ton Sid­ing, Waller­field, Ari­ma.

Up­on check­ing, of­fi­cers found the body of the vic­tim, who was slim built and brown in com­plex­ion, ap­prox­i­mate­ly five feet ten inch­es in height, with a low hair­cut and short beard, ly­ing on its back on the east­ern side of the road with gun­shot wounds to the head.

Of­fi­cers said it ap­peared the man was was shot else­where and his body dumped.
