?The Prime Minister is reported to have alluded to interference with the independence of the judiciary. As far as I recall, some time ago it was reported that the Attorney General consulted with the then acting Chief Justice with a view to prosecuting then Chief Justice Sharma, and recently Chief Justice Archie himself made direct reference to attempts to interfere with the independence of the judiciary by the present administration. As a born-again Christian, I am sure the Prime Minister is familiar with the biblical quote, "Let him who is without sin cast the first stone."
