I wish to ex­press my sin­cer­est thanks to Ian Al­leyne for vis­it­ing us in St Joseph West. Al­leyne is tru­ly a man of the peo­ple. I have been fol­low­ing him for years while he was on his tele­vi­sion show.It was his abil­i­ty to con­nect with the peo­ple on the ground that al­lowed me to take to him so well. He ap­pears to gen­uine­ly care about the peo­ple. I saw that on his show, and I'm see­ing that in re­al life. When he came to our area, every­one could have seen how gen­uine he was and is.

I pray that he wins this elec­tion be­cause for years we have suf­fered PNM ne­glect and Mr Vol­ney was too busy with his oth­er com­mit­ments it seems. I am con­fi­dent that Al­leyne will de­liv­er in our area.I have been watch­ing the news and the neg­a­tive feed­back from peo­ple, but I want to point out that the peo­ple who are mak­ing the most noise against him are those that al­ready have, those who don't have to wor­ry about their homes flood­ing, or the mos­qui­toes, or where they will get work next week.

These peo­ple re­alise that Al­leyne's fo­cus is on the poor peo­ple who need sup­port, and I think that is why they are so noisy.I have full con­fi­dence in Mr Al­leyne, and I want to say that St Joseph West will wel­come him with open arms!
