Restau­rant man­ag­er Je­sus Ramirez says Pa­pri­ka is a "unique place for peo­ple to have an ex­pe­ri­ence like no oth­er." Pa­pri­ka, owned by Gus­ta­vo Moli­na and Dr Ger­ard Far­fan, re­opened at 15 Rust St, St Clair, Port-of-Spain, on De­cem­ber 5.

Boast­ing eclec­tic Mediter­ranean decor and in­ti­mate light­ing, it aims to be an ide­al lo­ca­tion for late-night loung­ing and din­ing. By de­sign, Pa­pri­ka gives pa­trons a chance "to feel out of Trinidad while in Trinidad."
