Up for grabs on Re­pub­lic Day is $100,000 in prize mon­ey for the fi­nals of the Sangeet Pradar­shan tal­ent com­pe­ti­tion.

Su­ru­jdeo Man­ga­roo, the ex­ec­u­tive di­rec­tor of NeeLee­Ji Events, the or­gan­i­sa­tion host­ing the show, said the semi­fi­nal rounds saw par­tic­i­pants from sev­er­al coun­tries where the In­di­an Di­as­po­ra set­tled.

The grand fi­nal is card­ed to take place at the Ma­hat­ma Gand­hi In­sti­tute for Cul­tur­al Co­op­er­a­tion Mt Hope.

The win­ner would take home the first prize of $50,000 cour­tesy the Hin­di Foun­da­tion of T&T In­cor­po­rat­ed.

The sec­ond prize of $30,000 is spon­sored by Pari­vaar En­ter­pris­es Ltd and the third prize of $20,000 is cour­tesy See-Vu Op­ti­cal Em­po­ri­um Ltd.
