INGRIDIENTS
Serves 1
1 ramen packet
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 sweet pepper, sliced
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoons pepper sauce (or more to taste)
1 stalk of chive (minced)
1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
1 Cook ramen noodles according to the instructions provided, then drain and set aside.
2 Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce and pepper sauce into a small bowl and set aside.
3 Place pan on the stove and have flame on medium heat. Once the pan has evenly heated through, add olive oil and allow to heat through.
4 Add carrots to the pan and leave for 2 minutes. Then add onion, sweet pepper, garlic and ginger and let ingredients cook for three minutes.
5 Add your ramen noodles to the pan and fold in the ramen noodles into the cooked vegetables. At this point, add salt to taste.
6 Reduce the flame to low and add in sesame oil.
7 Remove from the pan and enjoy!
