The Division of Settlements, Public Utilities and Rural Development of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) handed over the first unit of the home ownership made equal (HOME) programme, part of the division’s social housing initiative, at Teak Avenue, Milford Court, Tobago last week.
Kyean Bruce was the recipient of the new home, for which Unicomer T&T Ltd donated all household appliances and furniture.
The material and labour to construct the home were volunteered by Tobago-based construction company EJ Engineering.
