Miss In­dia World­wide Trinidad & To­ba­go 2026 was held at Queen’s Hall, St Ann’s, on Sep­tem­ber 5, to se­lect lo­cal rep­re­sen­ta­tives.

Miss In­dia World­wide is an in­ter­na­tion­al pageant plat­form es­tab­lished in 1990. It was cre­at­ed to bring to­geth­er women of In­di­an ori­gin from across the glob­al di­as­po­ra through cul­ture, her­itage, tal­ent and in­ter­na­tion­al rep­re­sen­ta­tion.

Found­ed by Dhar­mat­ma Saran and orig­i­nat­ing in New York, the Miss In­dia World­wide or­gan­i­sa­tion has de­vel­oped an in­ter­na­tion­al net­work span­ning coun­tries with sig­nif­i­cant In­di­an di­as­po­ra com­mu­ni­ties. Trinidad and To­ba­go has been among the coun­tries rep­re­sent­ed on the in­ter­na­tion­al stage.

The night saw con­tes­tants com­pet­ing in three dif­fer­ent cat­e­gories: Mrs In­dia, won by Mrs Long­denville Janie Mo­hammed Sookdeo; Miss Teen In­dia, won by Miss Mau­si­ca Megan Mo­hammed; and Miss In­dia, won by Miss Val­sayn Hai­ley Pysadee.

The in­ter­na­tion­al show is sched­uled to be held in Trinidad from Sep­tem­ber 25 to Oc­to­ber 2.
