The 519 Restaurant and Bar at C3 Centre in south Trinidad was transformed into a pulsating nightclub on April 12 when it joined with the Rapidfire Kidz Foundation (RKF) to host Maui Nights—The White Lotus.

Partygoers danced the night away dressed in colourful Hawaiian dresses, kaftans and Hawaiian shirts.

DJ Mix Master Gio, celebrity DJ Alicia the Duchess, and house DJ Jeremiah played hits all night and kept the energy levels high.

RKF president Kevin Ratiram said the Foundation was honoured that 519 agreed to partner with them for the event.

“The 519 is one of the biggest names in south entertainment. As such, this proves to be a great partnership. Our guests had a ball. This was our first fundraiser for the year, and it was a great success,” he said.

Throughout the night, the organisers served free, colourful shots to the patrons. Around 1 am special prices were given out for the best Hawaiian outfits, the biggest crew, and the vybziest crew.

But it didn’t end there as 519 also served free hot doubles to guests.

At the end of the night, guests were asking when the party would be held again. Ratiram said he hoped to make it an annual event.
