Ten beautiful young women from across T&T were recently sashed as delegates of the Miss Teen Trinidad & Tobago 2025 competition.
The ceremony marked a key milestone in this year’s pageant calendar, signalling the official start of their journey to the grand finals in July 27.
Representing various constituencies, each delegate carries not just a title, but a renewed sense of purpose and national pride.
Franchise Holder and Managing National Director of KPRC, Kyle Saunders, described the moment as a celebration of courage and commitment. He also called for more programmes that support the holistic development of young women and directly addressed negative perceptions often associated with teenage girls in T&T.
The sashing ceremony also featured remarks from reigning Miss Teen World Trinidad and Tobago, Karimah Atwell, who reflected on her transformative experience over the past year. With her sights now set on El Salvador in July, where she will compete on the global stage, Atwell encouraged the 2025 delegates to embrace the journey ahead.
In the lead-up to the grand finals, the delegates will compete in three fast-track events. The first, Miss Teen Fitness, is being hosted in partnership with CLX Gym, one of this year’s official sponsors. The competition also enjoys the support of Bryden pi—official make-up sponsors representing L’Oréal and Maybelline—as well as Cher Mere Beauty and Wellness Spa, The Lost Tribe, Design Yuh Dreamz, and Chrishard Designs.
The winner of Miss Teen Universe Trinidad and Tobago will represent the country in India this October, while the Miss Teen World Trinidad and Tobago titleholder will compete in El Salvador in 2026.
For now, the ten delegates are preparing with grace, grit, and determination to shine at the grand finals.
