The Prestige Past Students Foundation would continue along the same trend as years gone by hosting Presentations College, San Fernando’s major fundraiser with Carnival fete on January 29.

At a media launch at 519 Restaurant at C3 Mall, San Fernando, members hinted some of the features with a difference the event holds. Notably new to the much anticipated South event is the clarion call of Prestige followers to have a say.

Board member Keith London said they included a social media platform to indicate what they would expect to see at the event. He said the production over the years has taken on many forms and this was a way to understand how best to please partygoers.

The theme this year, Prestige—The Palace he said was to “splash a bit,” and to stretch the boundaries in what they have done before and treat everyone like royalty who are special and always deserve more. Carded to perform at the event are Patrice Roberts, Raymond Ramnarine, and Stephen Marcelle with the band Del-E-Nadan, Kes The Band, Preedy, and Joshua Regrello.
