Sustainability, innovation, and expanded global reach are some of the things that were discussed at the Carib Brewery, biennial distributors conference at the Hyatt Regency earlier this month.
A release from the beverage company said that during the two-day conference, strategic discussions and engaging presentations were executed.
Adrian Sabga, managing director of International & Business Development presented a comprehensive review of the company’s market performance over the past year, emphasising key growth areas and success stories from different regions.
Also, this session showcased the critical role distributors have played in enhancing the brand’s international presence.
During the conference, Karina Hyland, Carib Brewery’s innovation manager introduced an exciting range of new products, including giving distributors exclusive tastings and insights into the upcoming launches to meet evolving consumer preferences.
Other areas discussed were strategies for growth and improving operational efficiencies; innovative marketing for the future; maximizing the impact of Carib Brewery’s marketing efforts across regions and sustainability in beverage production.
During the bistributor awards, CARIB Brewery honoured its top 10-performing distributors, who were recognized for their outstanding contributions throughout the year. Awards such as “Distributor of the Year,” “Excellence in Customer Service,” and “Best Sales Innovation” were presented.
As the conference drew to a close, there was excitement and optimism for the future.
